  I am a customer that goes to McDonald's at least two or three times a week.Several times I hv had my order messed up.I went there around four days ago ordered18$ worth of food.I all for no mustard or cheese on the mcdouble, got home and there was mustard and cheese on the burger.I called up there and spoke to amanager named Maria told her what happend and that I didn't even get receipt but had the paper that said no mustard no cheese.I told her I was upset and had to get a ride to even get up there and couldn't cone back that night.she told mine she would write my name down and replace the whole meal, for being inconvenienced.so i said I would get back up there when I could.when I went to get what she told me I would receive they said my name want even in the book and she want working.I talked to the store managed who wad very rude said he would replace the burger but not the whole order.This is wrong the way they run their business and I should of got what I wad promised even when I didn't even ask for the whole order to be replaced.THIS IT'S CORNELIA MCDONALDS THEY SUCK AND DON'T STAND BY WHAT THEY SAY.

  The very best McDonald's I have ever been to. The customer service is above and beyond. Very clean. Very friendly. And they have dog biscuits at the drive-thru for the people who bring their dogs along.
